Doctor Robert Kaplan has been making house calls for over 30 years. He received his Medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1979 and completed his residencies at the University of Illinois Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Hospital. Additionally, he has extensive research experience as both a Principle-Investigator and Sub-Investigator in various medical research studies.

John Mason, PA-C, is a graduate of Alderson Broaddus University with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He has over 20 years of emergency medicine experience and is now focusing on home healthcare for disabled and home bound patients. John is married and has an 8 year old daughter. He enjoys golf, physical fitness and spending time with his family.
Alina Calma Nicoara, FNP-C

Born, raised, and located in the city of Chicago, Alina has been working in long term care for 3 years as a bachelor's prepared registered nurse. She has been working with the geriatric population ever since she completed her BSN degree in 2015. She greatly values her time and experiences with them as her compassion has grown more and more. By working with this expanded knowledge, her goal is to improve the lives of many. She graduated the FNP Masters in Science of Nursing Program in San Diego, CA last year of October 2022 and currently holds AANP Certification she obtained back in August 2022.
April Ledell-Hughes, DPM

April Leddell-Hughes is married with 2 kids. She was born and raised in Chicago and graduated college from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in 1999. She went on to graduate from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2003 and has been practicing podiatric medicine ever since. Throughout the past 13 years she has practiced in different settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, offices, and home care visits.
Rosalia Lomeli, FNP-C

Rosalia is a Nurse Practitioner located on the Northside of Chicago. She started her nursing career as a CNA at Loyola University Medical Center. Rosalia worked as a Registered Nurse at Loyola specializing in cardiology. After gaining experience she moved to Lurie Children’s Hospital and worked in the Cardiac Care Unit. She has worked with patients of all ages in critical care and outpatient settings. Today Rosalia is one of our part-time providers and continues to care for both children and adults as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Cynthia Carlson, RD

Cynthia Carlson; RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with The Academy Of Nutrition & Dietetics. Cynthia graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Northern Illinois University. Cynthia has been in practice over 20 years. Specialties include but are not limited to Diabetes Management & Chronic Kidney Disease. As well as Heart Health, Weight Management, Food Sensitivities, Gastrointestinal Disorders and Wellness. Through her love of food and passion for helping others she empowers others to achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals while living the best life possible.
